These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ZOLOkey (the “Platform”), a product developed and operated by 5S Innovation (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
- You must provide accurate information, including a mobile number that belongs to you, and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and OTPs confidential and for all activity on your account.
- One person or business may hold one account per mobile number.
2. Mobile verification and SMS
We verify mobile numbers using one-time passwords (OTPs) sent by SMS. By registering you consent to receive OTPs and service-related SMS on the number you provide. Standard operator charges, if any, may apply.
3. Profiles and content
- You own the content you post, and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform to provide the service.
- Content must be lawful, accurate and must not be misleading, offensive, infringing or spam.
- Business users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, prices and the services they provide.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to impersonate others, harass users, post fraudulent or unsafe offers, scrape the Platform, attempt to bypass security, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
5. Credits and paid services
Some premium features, such as advertising duration and extended reach, may use credits. Pricing and terms for credits will be shown before purchase.
6. Connections between users
ZOLOkey helps people discover and connect with each other. We are not a party to arrangements between users and businesses, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of services offered. Please use good judgement when meeting or transacting with others.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove accounts or content that breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
8. Liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, 5S Innovation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
